Sponsored-listing policy

Flat fee only

Sponsored placements are sold for a flat fee per season (January–August). Christmas and winter-holiday coverage is not included. We never charge per lead, click, call, sign-up, enrollment or referral, and we never share family contact information with sponsors.

Always labeled

Every paid placement is clearly labeled “Sponsored” in English and “Patrocinado” in Spanish, on every card and page where it appears.

Editorial independence

Sponsorship buys placement only. It never changes camp facts, descriptions, verification status or how we rank free listings.

Who can sponsor

Camps, recreation programs and family-activity businesses. Special-needs section sponsors must be camps or recreation programs only. We do not accept sponsorship or advertising from therapy, medical, clinical or other health-care providers, and we do not refer families to them.

Content and images

Sponsors must have the rights to any photos, logos and text they provide, and must not show identifiable children without documented parental permission.

Right to decline

Sunny Guides LLC may decline or remove any sponsorship that conflicts with this policy, with a prorated refund where applicable.
